About Oxford Mindfulness

Oxford Mindfulness is internationally recognised for teaching mindfulness and as a mindfulness-teaching organisation.

They have partnered with Oxford University since 2007 to develop easy-to-understand programmes using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which combines secular mindfulness and psychological science.

About the course

If you're new to mindfulness, or you'd like to come back to it after some time out, Oxford Mindfulness's 3-week Introducing Mindfulness course gives you a brief taste of mindfulness practice and therapy.

Via this self-paced online course, you'll explore three core mindfulness themes, each designed to support you in your daily life:

1. How to train your attention and how this can fundamentally shape your experiences.

2. Learning new ways of being and how this can help support you in any moment
3. Recognising the difference between responding and reacting and exploring how this understanding can shape the quality of your life

Give your people what they’re asking for.
