How do I buy tickets for my team?

Simply navigate to the create a team tab in the menu, you will then be given two options:

1. Pay by card - in which you will be prompted to buy your tickets there and then.

2. Pay by invoice - we will be in contact in order to collect payment and for you to setup your team.  

I have bought tickets for my team - How do I assign them out?

Once you have bought your tickets

Login to your dashboard and go to the 'My Tickets' tab in the dashboard and allocate your team members their tickets.

Your team members will then receive an invite email with a form for them to fill out in order to claim their place.

If you are a Team Coordinator and want to participate in the Wellbeing Run & Walk - then allocate yourself a Ticket.

How can we pay?

You can opt for your organisation to pay for everyone's place - via credit card or invoice. 
You can take an Organisation Team, and opt for individuals to pay themselves. 

Why is it a minimum of three places?

The Wellbeing Series is aimed at Workforce Teams with a significant benefit being taking part, training, talking about it together - building connection and reducing loneliness at work.
